Five focused hours, just you and me. On a Download Day, I’ll help you see what needs to shift, then I’ll create a roadmap for the lifestyle agency you, your team and your family need. 

The day is designed around where you’re stuck right now. For some founders, that means building a full 90-day master plan. For others, it’s laser-focusing on one specific challenge – like finally nailing your positioning, creating a lead generation process that works, or figuring out how to step back from delivery.

A: Assess your direction

We define your Founder Success Criteria and Finance Foundation, beginning with a series of questions focused on your founder needs and what you truly define as success for you. Questions like:

  • What motivated you to start your agency?
  • What would your ideal week look like if you could design it freely?
  • What are you exhausted from holding that nobody else seems to notice?

Working together, we create your non-negotiable list defining what your ideal week should look like – block booking the time in our diary for what’s really important. 

Next, your Finance Foundation – we look at what’s ‘enough’ for you in terms of earnings based on the time you want to work that covers all you need for the basics, long term savings and fun.

L: Lifestyle Agency Masterplan

Post Download Day, I’ll deliver your 90-day Lifestyle Agency Masterplan. A concrete roadmap with 3 or 4 key focus areas you need to spend the time on in the next 90 days, with clear actions to take.

You’ll have:

  • Order from chaos – your priorities ordered so you can actually make progress
