There’s honestly no better feeling than watching ideas spark, collide and come to life in real time, and that’s exactly what happened in a room full of brilliant founders at our latest Nano Day.
From the moment we kicked off, the energy was unreal. Honest conversations. Proper thinking time. Big questions being asked out loud. And that magic thing that happens when smart, generous people realise they’re not the only ones grappling with the same challenges.
This was our second sell-out Nano Day, and I’ll be honest – I’m still slightly blown away by the demand. But when you zoom out, maybe it makes perfect sense.
Agencies with 1–2 employees make up 62.7% of all agencies in the UK.
Agencies with 10 or fewer employees account for 85.3%.
Yet so much advice, so many events, and so many conversations are still built for scale-at-all-costs businesses – not the reality most founders are living day to day.
Nano Day exists for that majority. The founders who want space to think. To talk honestly about what’s working, what’s not, and what they actually want their agency to look like – without noise, posturing or pressure to “go bigger” if that’s not the goal.
Seeing those ideas land, shift and grow in the room is exactly why we keep doing this.
