I have always had a mentor. They have made a transformational difference to my life.

He often describes his role as being my cheerleader, reminding me there’s always someone on your side wanting and pushing you to do ‘the thing’.

The thing that’s scary, the thing that feels outside your reach, the thing that’s holding you back.

I bring my challenges and ideas to him, and together we create the strategies to solve or bring them to life together.

And now in my new role, I get to help my own clients in the same way.

One of them today is off to view an office space, something they’ve talked about for a long time but never taken the leap to do. And it’s because their team is growing, something else they wanted to do but never knew when it was the right time.

But now we’ve worked through their plans together, they are about to smash two of their year 3 goals already. I could not be more chuffed for them!
