I work with lifestyle agency founders, usually in year 2 onwards. Founders that want to build a specialist agency the way they want, putting family first over work. You want to hit that first £500k but need support and guidance to do it, or are under £1million turnover and stuck. As your agency advisor I’ll keep you accountable and focused, meaning you can scale your agency sustainably with new found confidence.
Discovery Day
Choosing an advisor is big commitment, I get it. This day is designed for us to assess if we’re the right fit, and to understand if the challenges you’re facing are ones I can help you solve.
We’ll spend 5 hours together discussing key areas of your agency. Always tailored to your specific needs, but often covering:
- Vision / Leadership
- People
- Positioning / Marketing
- Sales / Pipeline
- Clients
- Finances
- Operations / Processes
After the session, you’ll receive an overview of my findings, a clear understanding of areas to focus on for the next 30-90 days and the choice to continue working together.

Monthly Advisory
An experienced agency leader on your team helping you navigate the rollercoaster of agency life. You bring your challenges and ideas, we’ll solve and bring them to life together.
After an initial Discovery Day, we work together on a monthly basis to build the agency you want. Includes:
- Initial 90-day plan + key focus areas
- Two 90 minute online monthly sessions
- Email / Slack / WhatsApp support
- Access to my private client Slack Community
- Regular lunch & learn session with agency specialists
Develop into a more confident founder, with a plan to grow your business and the accountability you need to succeed.
£495 per month.
Strategy Development
I offer strategy development in the following areas:
- Niche development – How to identify your service, sector or vertical niche
- New business strategy – How to put your agency at the heart of your identified niche
- Lead generation strategy – How to generate more leads from your ideal clients
I undertake strategy projects for agency founders regardless of whether they are a monthly advisory client or not. These are standalone projects but can also incorporate a level of monthly accountability to embed the projects into the agency. Each of these services can be booked separately or as a package.
